Staff do not speak english. Check in takes more than 40 mins. Ordering a drink will take 30 mins or more. Room was poor

− Room was poor standard. Staff untrained. Check in takes over 40 mins. Ordering drinks takes almost an hour for a cocktail, 20 mins for a beer.
