8.0On my second day there it rained. I went to the front desk and asked where I could buy an umbrella. The woman said, "Would you like to borrow one?" and handed one over.
I was not happy with the hotel but we did enjoy Alexandria Bay NY
4.0The location was the only plus. It was in close proximity to everything in Alexandria Bay, NY.
− The first room we were given had bugs (gnats) on the window sills, bed coverings, and chair. I was bitten by the bugs and requested a room change. The second room had bugs (gnats) as well but not as much. The view wasn't good and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain. Dresser drawers wouldn't pull out. Rooms definitely need a lot of updates.
