− I don't like the checkout process whereby they ask for a cash deposit when you check in, they hold on to your cash until security can check your room. Only after they check your room can they give you cash back. This is very demeaning. Definitely treat us like thieves. The minibar is free, so I can't really steal anything there, and they have my credit card, so even if I did steal a TV set, they could probably charge me. I haven't had this sort of a cheap checkout experience at a hotel in Thailand in a long, long time. There's a certain level of trust, and you pay more than $200 a night. Not at this hotel.

Very relaxed beautiful resort
9.0The pool is fantastic! Restaurant has very good food and the beach is clean and very scenic. Rooms are big. We had a very relaxed stay.
− Mosquitos are everywhere. The room furniture is getting a bit old. Adding a jacuzzi would be nice.
