3.0Das Frühstück war gut. Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam.
− Die Zimmer sind nicht gepflegt. Nicht sauber. Personal an Rezeption war überhaupt nicht aufmerksam. Wir haben mehrfach vorab Bescheid gegeben, dass wir ein Babybett benötigen. Dies wurde zugesagt. Aber am Ende war doch keins mehr verfügbar als wir angekommen sind. Enttäuschend.

6.0Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, die technischen Unzulänglichkeiten auszugleichen. Das Frühstück ist gut.
− Nach einem Besitzerwechsel und Namensänderung werden alter und neuer Name durcheinander verwendet. Außen steht gar kein Name. Im gebuchten Zimmer gab es keinen Strom. Im Ersatzzimmer war die Beleuchtung defekt. Kein Techniker verfügbar.
