− la actitud del personal y la manager del restaurante. Además, sus precios no van acordes con la calidad del room service. Se negaron a prestarme una bandeja para llevar desayuno a mi esposa enferma, adjunto foto con desayuno en el suelo.

− el personal de recepcion el dia de mi check out la mañana del 23 de diciembre a las 12:00 les falta preparacion , no saben como tratar al turista , falta de educacion y poco tino , la verdad lo mas decepcionante son las recepcionistas , ojala que eduquen a su personal porque el hotel tiene potencial pero con un Staff mal educado no dan ganas de volver

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period.
