10.0Thank you Harris Hotel Pontianak for providing a memorable experience during my visit to Pontianak. Culinary attractions are very close just a short walk around the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the service from the staff is friendly and impressive. The facilities are very complete, including a cozy skypool and gym, as well as a sunset point on the 12th floor with a view of the city. The best hotel and keep maintain the quality of service.

10.0So very happy staycation at Harris Pontianak, The rooms are very clean, fragrant and tidy The rooms are quiet and organized, the service is very friendly, smiling and quick to respond, I love their receptionist and fnb staff. Ahh thank you for Suci, Dara, Yohana and I forgot the name of the staff in Fnb but for their service they are very friendly and fast, thank you team.

6.0Were here expecting to see Dragon & Barongsai festival. Location is great BUT there were a big stage was built so what you saw was the back of the stage instead of the road. If you want to be able to see the road then you have to be at the restaurant balcony which you HAD TO reserve before hand, which no any employee told me. There was no any advertisement about it either. So it was just insider knowledge i assume. At least there is TV.
− Staffs are not friendly. The only access to the room is the shaky lifts. You can hear noises outside your room. Room is kind of old.
