10.0Our stay at Mercer was excellent - great and friendly staff, lovely room, superb affiliated restaurant, and perfect location for a weekend away in Stratford. We will definitely be back!

8.0The staff were amazing - very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was tasty and had a varied menu. The room we had was clean room, comfortable King bed, recently renovated bathroom was new and shiny and clean. The room lacked charm and warmth but had all the required amenities. Weird fireplece design in our room. I would go back but try another room. There was a huge AC or similar machine for the bldg beside that rumbled most of the night.
