− Bed bugs Had to check out at 3am and sleep in my vehicle..Had to quarantine my belongings when I got home. Then take precautions..still on guard
Hotel was wonderful the room was amazing comfortable and staff was great friendly and helpful!

− Only that we couldn’t stay longer
We would come back but things need to be sharper. Staff needs to be more attentive.
7.0Room was good. Bed was too hard. We like a softer mattress.
− Softer mattress. Breakfast was not well staffed. There was no coffee for a long period of time. And then it was not good. Had to wait two or three times for someone to come to the front desk
Will recommend BWP to friends.
