5.0The bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet. I believe they are struggling and doing there best.
− The ac was small and I had to clean the filter. No pod to be able to make coffee. Had to go ask for one. The coffee was there just no way to make it. The room wasn't clean. No wash clothes.
Great location
5.0The location was great, we liked having a first floor room. The room was clean and comfortable.
− The office was small, a bit smelly and hot. The ice machine appears broken and long forgotten. The door to the bathroom was broken, the bottom hinge disconnected. The bath mat had a hole in it, the towels were very thin.
The rooms are not clean under the bed, the TV would not work, we had to switch rooms because of a broken bed. I used to

− No services. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 to see if we were going.
