10.0I loved it. The owner was so helpful and nice, he let me last minute extend on multiple nights in a row because I am fickle. The hotel itself was gorgeous. So so so beautiful. Shower was good. Beds were comfy. Really convenient location. Free water offered all the time. Wish I could stay longer but alas I must continue on my travels.

10.0Mr Nam the owner reached out in person to confirm my arrival and to ask if i need anything during my stay. The place is clean, quiet and in the middle of the town square. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking to travel to Sapa!

8.0Nice small family run hotel. Five minutes walk from the central park and tourist office but on a quiet side street. Good eating options all around. Offers motorbike rental. Owner is extremely helpful. Had to check in at 2 am but owner was accommodating and just left the key on the counter.

Very basics
4.0Place could be very nice but looks like not taking care of. Needs renovation and more life. A bit dead, no one around. Struggle to find just coffee in the morning. Very cold room and owner ask for extra payment to get a heater. “Room price is too low to make it free”. I understood that the hotel went into crisis however I would invest to update the hotel and then make price aligned.
