10.0The entire experience was exceptional! The rooms are beautiful and the food was amazing. And the staff was truly wonderful.
至れり尽くせりも程々が好みです
6.0お部屋でのチェックインの際 ラウンジの説明がなく パーフレットもテーブルに置いてなくて 朝、電話などが置いて有る台の隅にパーフレットが置いてある事に気が付きました。 とても残念でした。 部屋も50平米と書いて有りますが 畳のお部屋自体は12畳ぐらいの至って普通のお部屋なのでラウンジでのんびりお茶を頂きたかった。 福一の貸切風呂もお借りしましたが… シンクの中や周りに前の方の髪の毛が10本以上落ちていて掃除が行き届いてなくとてもびっくりでした。 白で髪の毛目立つシンクなのに… 床にはどれだけ落ちてるのか… お迎えのサービスも電話が来て次にお迎えが来てと食事や貸切湯の度に有るので 自分のタイミングで行動出来ず忙しくて 私には窮屈でしたね〜 前からずーと行ってみたいお宿でしたの1度は行けて良かったです。
