10.0The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is superb!
− However, the lift is very very very very small, u might encounter a problem if u have a big luggage. The stairs are narrow and it spirals up. Other than that ....it's a great Hotel !!!
The hotel is located in a great part of Paris close to lots of places of interest.
8.0Very close to the Seine and the Notre Dame cathedral. Lots of nice boulangeries nearby and some lovely restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
− The room was quite small, the sachets of coffee were not replenished and the lift was out of order one day.

9.0The location is amazing. Perfect spot in the Marais - so easy and convenient in the best part of the Marais, with close access to the Metro as well as a fleet of waiting of taxis just around the corner. Our room was light and airy and had a fabulous big claw foot bath, which was great at the end of a long day of sight seeing. I want to especially mention Gwendoline on reception for her exceptional service, amazing friendliness and outgoing personality. She is a huge asset to your property. She is really bubbly and fantastic!!!!
− The only fault that I can find with the hotel was the sewerage smell that seemed to ne coming up from the basement that filled the elevator :/ It seemed always present and wasn't a good first impression on arriving at the hotel unfortunately.

friendly staff adequate for overnight with min luggage
7.0Location and staff was excellent nothing was too much trouble even getting our heavy suitcases up one floor to then go visit lift. Room was pretty.
− Room was on the small side and no privacy to shower room.
