Good but uncomfortable
6.0The location and the staff being able to drop us up each day.
− We had a great ski trip overall and the location worked well for accessing the slopes, but unfortunately the comfort of the beds and pillows really let the accommodation down. After long days skiing we were really looking forward to getting a good night’s sleep, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which made it difficult to properly rest and recover. It wasn’t just one person in our group either all of us commented on how uncomfortable the bedding was and how poorly we slept throughout the stay. When you’re on a ski holiday and spending full days on the mountain, having a comfortable bed at the end of the day makes a huge difference, so this was pretty disappointing. Aside from that the stay itself was fine, but the bedding is something that really needs improvement because it affects such a basic part of the experience. Upgrading the beds and pillows would make a big difference and would greatly improve the overall comfort of staying here.

Hirafu NY Style loft
10.0Great location about 500 meters from ski slope - access to restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minute walk. Ski Japan was a great host and helped with any requests (taxi, airport transfers, etc.) - also willing to solve any issues. It was staying in a condo with access to hotel type of service - great trip. The place was also a NY style loft, super new and clean, king sized beds with decent pillows. Onsite laundry was helpful as well.

10.0家族3人にて3泊しました。ゲレンデまでは歩いて10分弱でしょうか。少々あります。 ただしそれに余りあるほどゆったりとできる空間です。 寝室ではなくリビングにて気持ち良くなり2泊も寝てしまいました。 ただしオフィスは英語、周辺レストランも英語です。 基本的に外国人のための街です。
