10.0The best part about this property was its calmness. The kitchen and its owner Ms Garm was the best thing out there. She was so welcoming and polite. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience

4.0The resort was clean and peaceful. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
− Here's a polished version with your additional details included: The main drawback was the location. It is quite far from the main market and situated in an isolated area. There are no convenience stores, such as 7-Eleven, within walking distance, so getting basic necessities requires transportation, which was a bit inconvenient. Another disappointment was the lack of staff after 8:00 PM. We had informed the resort in advance that we would be checking in after 8:00 PM, but there was no one available to assist us with our luggage. We were a group of 10 people and had booked multiple rooms. Unfortunately, we had to carry all of our luggage ourselves. Since the resort does not have an elevator and our rooms were on the first floor, we had to carry all our bags upstairs without any assistance. It would have been helpful if the resort had arranged for at least one staff member to assist guests with pre-arranged late check-ins. This would have made the arrival experience much more convenient.

− El restaurante estaba muy limitado a 3 platos, poca opción. La distancia para realizar cualquier actividad turística era enorme, aparte que si no reservas un taxi con antelación no te puedes mover con facilidad dado a la lejanía que se encuentra, Si te sale algún plan a última hora es muy difícil trasladarte y la recepción está cerrada desde las 11 hasta las 8 de la mañana, cualquier cosa que ocurra en esas horas difícilmente te pueden resolver.
