2.0This is not a hotel or motel; it is an Airbnb-style apartment. There is no reception desk and no staff available to answer my questions. The room does not have a thermostat to adjust the temperature, and I was overheated every night during my four-day stay.

10.0We have stayed at the Arctic Fox many times going in and out of Anchorage. It has always been comfortable and welcoming. Clean, well decorated and managed. Such a better experience than staying in another chain hotel. Jeff was a great on site host to our needs.
