Perfect location, ski or board to your door, friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay.

− It would be great if there was a shared shower on each floor but you have to go downstairs. The Onsen doesn’t open until 4pm. Futons are pretty old school and could do with an update. I’d also prefer breakfast to be more buffet instead of set menu - but the food was nice.
Will definitely book again for future skiing trips

− Japanese breakfast was nice, but sometimes a little underwhelming. Coffee with breakfast would also be nice. At least 1 seperate private shower. I was fine, but my mother struggled with the open Japanese style shower
