− 服務人員投遞紙條告知要安裝保險箱, 我們已將紙條回覆給櫃檯, 但訊息並未統整, 當晚又再次投遞紙條且未於需求當日執行, 隔日又有安裝需求, 但回到飯店後, 還是未安裝。不知飯店溝通上哪裡有問題, 資訊相當不統一。 服務人員的溝通及反應度, 京橋店較為機靈。
