6.0The views of Ingapirca are wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Its proximity to the ruins makes it easy to go back and forth.
− The rooms are clean but very basic. We had water problems both days we stayed and we're not able to take a shower or flush the toilet for most of the time. The bathroom was minimally supplied with a used roll of TP, soap, shampoo and towels.

9.0Al llegar al hotel, la habitacion que disponian no era la solicitada previamente. Pudieron arreglar la situacion en un tiempo prudencial, mientras tanto esperamos con te caliente y bocados cortesia de la casa. La ayuda del mesero SAMUEL excepcional!!! Muchas gracias por todo.
