It was a very scary situation. Its a family hotel and the associate was high and acted very unprofes
5.0The hotel was very nice.
− The associate on duty was high when we arrived. I was very upset I had my young grandaughter with me! Later my daughter went do to the lobby to buty bottled water. The associate was found outside laughing with 2 other guest. She was rude to my daughter and ssid?she checks on the front desk and she should wait at the front. My daughter told her she had been waiting. The associate finally came to the front and sold my daughter the bottled water. Then an hr later she came to to the 3rd floor where we were staying and was in the hallway and room with the 2 guest laughing and basically partying ! I was so concerned about my family & the other guest safety.
Clean and convenient location
8.0Great location, very clean, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend. Only downside is the guest laundry - you need 8 x quarters per machine and need to bring your own coins as hotel not able to convert notes into coins.
