1.0− The room is very small, the wall with wall stickers in it which is already damaged and could house cockroaches. The CR has cockroaches when we enter the CR 2 cockroaches in the sink. Bed, beddings, towels are very old. What we did, we just upgraded our room to their higher value room but still the cleanliness, and the cloths in their beddings is not satisfactory. They even forget our breakfast in our first morning of stay.

4.0Ruhig gelegen, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten groß und bequem. alle Geschäfte gut zu erreichen.
− Kein Fenster oder Tisch und Stühle im Zimmer, sehr schlechtes oder gar nicht Internet deshalb kein TV möglich. Verstopfte Waschbecken und Dusche . Alles sehr alt und verbraucht. Türschloss von innen defekt. Frühstück aufs Zimmer in Plastik Behälter ohne Kaffee oder Tee.

6.0The staff was okay, nothing really memorable
− The unwanted noises from staff downstairs and other guests nearby took a toll for us. The water wasn't also that strong, and filling up a pail may take longer, since there's no shower.
