4.0− The bed was made with 2 top sheets, no fitted sheet on the bed so we ended up on the mattress protector without realizing it. The towels were on the floor like someone had already used the shower before our arrival and none were replaced open pack of hotel shampoo was left open on the counter. The sink did not drain while using. Also no housekeeping the whole 3 days we were there.
