They are severely understaffed and unwilling to make anything right they have zero customer service skills
1.0I liked how close it was to the area I was visiting.
− I had to wait at least an hour for someone to give us a room key. We kept calling the number that they have listed on the desk, and nobody was calling us back. They had nobody at the front desk. I had to call the cops to find an employee. I also contacted Booking.com and I got hung up on. because I already paid it in advance. I have never had worse service before, and no. I will not be returning.

− No pool(even though it said there was one). No ice in the machine. No maid service. Ripped/stained towels. Light by sink did not work. Barely anyone at the front desk. No shade on the lamp. Sink loose from wall. Dirty refrigerator and microwave.

Stay away
1.0Place was dirty and scarey as hell I think it’s used to house the homeless which would be fine but inwas constantly harassed by one for money food and a can opener and felt unsafe leaving my room would never stay here again absolutely disgusting ants in my bed the pool is condemned so false advertising there is no pool
