10.0This is a good hotel to stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Zicatela beach was only across the street. Good restaurants only a few steps away. Quiet and very safe place. If you use the swimming pool or go to the beach they lend you towels. Highly recommended.

10.0Muy cómodo y bonito el hotel, cerquitititita de la playa Zicatela (a unos 3 min caminando), la cama muy cómoda, el staff muy amable. Único detallito (si lo quieren contar como tal, es que no hay casi opciones de comida en el menú, y la verdad la comida no es tan buena en el hotel)

10.0The service was excellent, team takes care of you the minute you walk in. The pools are clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms have good AC going.

2.0It was a terrible experience, our room was dirty hair and stains in the bed, refrigerator didn’t work and to make it worst the AC wasn’t working temperature was 90 degrees. I will never comeback there and Wii not recommend to anyone.
