Special thanks to Mr. Sherif and Mr. Mahmoud from reception team for free room upgrade, early check-in & birthday party. 6.0het hotel is jammer genoeg wat verwaarloosd. zeer weinig keuze in het restaurant ( één soort vlees, één soort vis) , zeer beperkte all-inclusive (één glas wijn per persoon bij het eten, bier uit plastieken bekertjes, drankjes mogen niet worden meegenomen,...). Wel een dikke chapeau voor het personeel dat volgens de middelen die ze krijgen alles eraan doen om de klanten tevreden te stellen.

10.0The staff was extremely friendly and very polite. Better than in the other hotels before. Usually I get bothered from egypt men, cause I am german woman travelling alone. But in this hotel it was totally different and very relaxing for me.
