8.0La ubicación, la alberca, y la vista al mar.
− El ruido de los pasillos, las trabajadoras de limpieza cerraban las puertas bien fuerte desde las 7 am, y yo quería descansar, se escuchaba la aspiradora desde muy temprano y ellas hablando en los pasillos muy fuerte " se decian entre ellas de esta habitación ya quedó, vete a la otra pero muy fuerte". No me gustó que no puedan servir en la playa, deben anotar que no es parte del hotel, solo en las mesas de la alberca pueden servir, nos dijeron que se paga renta de mesas y sillas ya en la arena de la playa, normalmente los hoteles tienen la zona exclusiva de playa.

− Demasiado retirado, política absurda y abusiva de no ingresar alimentos ni siquiera a tu habitación... Con el fin de que consumas exclusivamente de su menú, el cuál es bastante limitado Preguntamos por un café americano (el cual no estaba en el menú) y el mesero se inventó un precio cuando le dijimos que no al café simplemente nos ignoró y ya no nos tomó la orden

Great secluded/remote beachfront hotel!
9.0Great Beachfront location. No big hotel buildings around. Just open sea... (About a 25 min drive to supermarkets and mall, and 40 min to downtown Acapulco) Staff was very attentive and friendly. Food at restaurant was great! Bed was very comfortable. Big, Clean room with great ocean view.
− Very disappointed that you have to pay to use umbrellas and chairs at the beach. These should be free to use!! Shower head needs to be cleaned, seems like it blocked the pressure or perhaps the pressure needs to be checked as well. We had no warm water the last night and morning checkout.
