9.0Emplacement proche du centre ville pas trop de pente pour accéder au logement. Vue sur le coucher de soleil en rooftop.
− Présences d'insectes (cafards, grillons,...) dans le logement La terrasse est a partager avec le logement du dessus qui possède les loggias. Nous n'avons cependant croisé personne
