10.0Super freundliches, hilfsbereites Team - von der Rezeption, im Restaurant, Busfahrer, Gärtner, Tourguide ... Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage und Zimmer. Gut ausgeschilderte Trails, man kann Stunden wandern. Sehr gutes Essen in grosser Auswahl im Restaurant

10.0Where to start. If one wants to stay amidst nature and animals, there is no better place. The staff are excellent and very courteous. The food in the restaurant is amazing. Lots of options and good quality. The observation deck is magical where one can soak in the sunsets and various birds hovering around. The free activities are great.

− Onduidelijk bij de Booking dat we kamers kregen zonder badkamer en dat deze met 6 kamers gedeeld moest worden. Ook zijn er geen aparte toiletten maar staat toilet telkens bij de douche.

− No complaints about the property. Notice for other travelers … we were there for 4 days in rainy season. We never saw Arenal volcano. Just to be aware you may not see the volcano if you visit in rainy season.
