− The room price was too high, vending machines were out of water, breakfast was a choice of two cereals and pantries and bread in vending bags. Retro, yes, but then offset with some current.

− The owner watches you like a hawk..on cameras in public spaces and comments on things he feels you shouldn't do..like moving a chair at pool 5 inches from it's location
