be careful with this hotel, the room is nice, but their mangement will not help you when you need
3.0the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was decent
− The receptionist when we checked in, had a terrible attitude. Not to mention that he hardly spoke any english, but he was not willing to help us at all. We came a couple and a single, and mistakenly we ordered 2 single rooms and one double. The receptionist on the time of arrival was simply not willing to do anything, he just said that we had to wait till the next day. Eventually, the hotel's management was not willing to help with this mistake, and accept the cancelation even though Booking.com was very helpful and retained the money paid. so even though we never checked in to the extra room, the hotel insisted on charging us the full price. VERY unfair, and not something you expect from a serious hotel with good reputation.

7.0− In der Dusche war der Duschkopf mit dem Schlauch nicht richtig verbunden. Deshalb spritzte das Wasser teilweise seitlich heraus. Personal an der Rezeption war überwiegend sehr mit dem eigenen Handy beschäftigt. Gäste wurden mit Bedürfnissen manchmal übersehen oder gar nicht gegrüßt.
