What a beautiful resort this could have been. Maybe in its prime. It had the perfect view. The resort was beautiful BUT it is obviously not well maintained. pools were filthy with Algae and bugs. The beach was small and cute but debris everywhere. The rooms had a great view BUT the toilet had a hardened spray foam that looked like big giant vomit around the base. The shampoo dispensers were not working and faucets were loose. Whats worst... the morning we checked out, just when we started to shower, they shut off the water before notifying us. I was mid showering with soap in my face. Seriously, who does that?] When they call to notify, I then asked them if they can keep the water on just until we can shower. The front desk replied that we are "Approved" to use the water. I didnt realized we had to get approval to shower and they still did not turn on the water. I had to use our drinking water to rinse myself. When I confronted them upon check out, they responded with a typical apology "oh sorry about that" that didnt sound sencere. The staff handed me my final bill and as I was looking over it, the staff thanked me. I walked away thinking the check out was complete. Hours later, I received a message that I didnt settle my bill prior to check out. The front staff forgot to take my credit card foe payment then blamed me for walking away. She could have called me back or ran after me, but nope. Now, I had to spend 2 hrs trying to figure out how to pay the hotel as they do not take cards over the phone. Bank transfer fee cost me more than half of the balance due. If only the front desk staff had common sense. That resort needs a major maintenance and new management.

Nice pools, nice beach areas and access, great food at the restaurant, great premises and staff.

− Bed was not very comfortable. Kind of hard mattress. Need more staff at the restaurant as it sometimes takes a bit longer to get service and receive ordered food. Need to fix the road from the main street to the resort. The section of road is in terrible condition!!!!
