4.0When we arrived, I told the receptionist that I have booked 2 rooms, he insisted that it is 1 room only! I had paid for both rooms and had to show him the confirmation. As soon as I showed him the confirmation, he suddenly said, yes! Okay! He had my reservation already and I found what he did very unprofessional. Also, the rooms shower fixtures were super dirty and the door of the shower was broken.

2.0Hotel sisteminde odanin odenmis ve onay emaili olmasina ragmen gorunmuyordu rezervasyon 45 dk ya yakin bizi orda bellettiler ve. Bize siz halledin dediler sesimizi cikarmasak bizi gecenin 1 in de ortada birakacaklardi!!
