10.0I saw three different front desk people during my stay. All three were excellent at their jobs. You have an extremely polite and helpful staff.
− Our bar soap had some dirt inside the cardboard box. Perhaps it received some kind of water damage previously?? We just washed our hands with the nice shower gel instead.I did not bring the issue up to any employee.
Great place to stay!
9.0The property was very clean, as was the room. We loved the extra space in the room, as we were there for 9 days. The beds were comfortable and the noise level low. The staff was awesome.
− Our bathroom had some wallpaper that was coming off of the wall. Kids running out of the pool area making the floor in front of the elevators, and the elevators soaking wet.
Fabulous overnight stay as we are driving home!
