5.0受け付けの方の対応がとても良かった。 ロケーションが便利 コスパは良かった
− エアコンの調節ができない。 換気扇がない 照明が暗くて、何個もスタンドをつけないといけない
地域フラグシップホテルならではのゆったりした造り、ホテルの格式と歴史を感じさせるスタッフのご対応、便利なロケーションに満足。
8.0受付の女性スタッフの方がとてもきめ細やかに親身にご案内、ご対応をして下さったのがありがたかった。 近くの飲食店や駐車場などについて教えていただいたり、さすが日航ホテルならではのおもてなしのクオリティを感じた。お部屋が広々としていたのと、ロビーなどのゆったり感も素敵だった。
− 水回りは古いけれど清潔に保たれていて快適。 バスタブが滑りやすいので、滑り止めのマットが別途あると安心かも。
