10.0We were in NY for the Ariana Grande concert last week. I was with my daughter and we had the best time. The accommodation was fantastic! We had a wheelchair accessible room with two doubles. It was so great. There was enough space for me (in the chair) and my daughter to move freely throughout the 10 days comfortably even when we were doing make up at the same time! I have travelled the world and the bathroom was fantastic. You could roll all the way under the sink, the shower bench really good. There was a hand held as well as the main shower head if you were standing. The room was super clean and cleaned every day. The bed was sooo comfortable especially because we walked most of the city and slept well. The staff were exceptionally good. So friendly and helpful. A very special shout out to Samson, David and Diana who really helped us when we needed it. I came to Samson in a fluster about tickets for a show and transport to and from and he helped me sort it all! Highly recommend yhis place.
