− When I booked you said I would be able to book a shuttle to the airport. You did not mention that you only offered certain times. Your scheduled times did not work out well with our early flight. We did not want to spend 2 extra hours at the airport. So we booked an Uber, I recommend you allow guests to choose a departure shuttle time. I probably won’t stay again because of this.
