6.0Staff, cleanliness comfort and location convenience
− I always enjoy staying at Conifer Beach House and would happily return. The staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable overall, and the bedding and housekeeping were excellent. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. I do have a few suggestions that I hope will help improve future guests' experience. The bath towels are due for replacement, as they appeared quite worn and tired. The mattress, while still comfortable enough, has clearly seen better days and could benefit from being replaced in the near future. My biggest disappointment was the hot water. Given the cold weather, I was looking forward to a hot shower, but the water was only lukewarm. I understand that the geyser temperature may be adjusted to save electricity, but a slightly hotter shower would make a significant difference to guests' comfort given winter season. One additional suggestion would be to expand the breakfast options. It would be wonderful to include healthier savoury choices such as oats or porridge for guests who prefer a less sweet but healthy breakfast. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and excellent cleanliness. With a few improvements, particularly to the towels, mattress, hot water, and breakfast options, Conifer Beach House would provide an even better guest experience
