10.0Every thing was clean and easy walks between the pools and restaurants. The service was incredible and we were very pleased with all the staff including the servers and the entertainment team was awesome. There was no shortage of activities going on at any time.
− The only issue we ran into was having to switch rooms because our first room lost power but other than that none. It was all very professionally handled and taken care of.

8.0The property is beautiful and very clean,all the staff are very warm and really do go the extra mile to give good customer service.The food was good at most of the places I ate especially the French restaurant.
− Room service was a little slow I don’t think it should take more than an hour to receive a small breakfast order.
Excelente comodidad y confort, muy buena atención pero con oportunidad de mejora en comida y bebida.
8.0La habitación con vista al mar y jacuzi es espectacular. La ducha doble está excelente, salía buena cantidad y a buena temperatura. La climatización de la habitación muy bien. La cama bien, pero se hundía un poco (8 de10), almohadas bien.
− Los restaurantes si bien ofrecían comida rica y bien presentada, no eran excelentes, no eran de primera. Cuando son a la carta tienen un menú gourmet diferente todos los días, pero es muy reducido en las opciones del día. La cerveza disponible es la cerveza local más barata. No se ofrece de buena calidad, ni importadas ni cerveza negra/roja. Los bares de la pileta están muy descuidados y se ven muy precarios. No ofrecen jugos o licuados naturales en todo momento que era una de las cosas que me interesaban. Demasiado caro para no cumplir nuestras expectativas descriptas. La playa no es agradable para bañarse.
