10.0We arrived at 9:00 and it was almost gone. Did manage to get a bagel tho. Waffle maker didn’t work very well!

5.0The location was great since we were there for a wedding in the same building. Beds were comfortable.
− Room needed some updating. The walls near the floor were starting to decay and I think they touched up the ceiling since it was leaking, but used non-matching paint. Room was near the pool, which was fun, but very humid in our room.
Nice hotel
10.0I liked how the property was in the middle of the city making it easy to get around the town. Staff kept the hotel clean as well.
− The ladders getting into the swimming pool were not easy to maneuver. The rungs were spaced so far apart that my daughter and I struggled to get into and out of the pool. Not only that but there were not enough filters in the pool. We were constantly pulling hair from other people off of our arms and hands. The beds were too high off the ground so it was difficult for my mom who is short to get into the bed. The drain in the shower did not drain and you ended up having to take a shower in a huge pool of water which didn’t help getting your feet clean 🤢
