1.0部屋はスタイリッシュで清潔感があった。
− 朝食付きで予約。夕食は満席と断られ、ホテルにレストランがひとつも無い。売店では食事になるような物もなく、夕食なしで過ごすしかなかった。スタッフからは「ない」とだけの対応。せめてチェックインの時に案内をするとか、近くの飲食店などを案内する気持ちを持って頂きたかった。 夏休みは、子供が多いので、プールやお風呂もゆっくり出来きないので選択ミスでした。

2.0夕食朝食共に味は普通だが、種類が豊富で良かった。要所で見える景色も綺麗だった。
− 全体的に不衛生、全てが想像以下だった。 客室のエアコンも風量のみしか操作できない。 宿泊者と施設が合っていない、エレベーター待つだけで大渋滞、何をするにしても混雑で全然休まらない。 特に夕食ビュッフェは並ぶ方向や食器がどこにあるのかもわかりずらい

2.0お誕生日プレゼントをいただけて、嬉しかったです。また、お風呂上がりの飲み物のサービスは嬉しかったです。
− 部屋のソファーベッドに髪の毛がたくさんついていた。大浴場の床も髪の毛だらけで、もう少し清掃するべきだと思いました。 部屋のベッドメイキング、あまりにも適当過ぎて、シーツは中に入ってないし、びっくりしました。あと、食事の予約システムがややこしく、遊戯に過ごせないこと。 お腹を空かせて５時にはホテルに着いていたけど、食事が２０時〜のしかなく、２０時〜も前の会の方と交代制ではなく、予約システムなので、２０時には入れず、でも２１時半にはバイキング場は終了なので、時間が短く、また取りに行くのも並ぶので、ゆっくり落ち着きながら食べれず楽しめなかった。子連れだと大人は食べれない。夏休み、満室で忙しいと思いますが、清掃、ベッドメイキングはきちんとお願いします。
