4.0部屋の外観のみ良かっただけです。
− 部屋の掃除について、人員不足がわかりますが、ごみがそのままの状態 エアコンききすぎ、部屋で管理ができない。 氷の設備がない、13階のオールインとは言えないサービス、他のホテルを参考にされたし、夕食をあえて取らなかったが朝食はつけたので、よかったが、今一つ、これまたバイキングの良さが出ていなかった。
コスパは悪く無い。
6.0古さはあったが清潔感はあったと思います。

同じ系列でも場所が、違うと色々ちがうんだな。とおもいました。

とってもいいホテル
10.0部屋も広くサービスもとてもよくて温泉も気持ちよかったです。 フリーラウンジは本当に凄かったです。 ショッブもあったりと楽しく過ごせました。
− 大浴場の前にスリッパを入れておく下駄箱がありますが、みんな館内用のスリッパを履いてる人が多いので、入れていたところにスリッパがなくなっているなどかあり困りました。
