8.0We hadden een dakterras bij de kamer
− De volgende ochtend na het ontbijt deed onze sleutel het al niet meer en dat hebben ze eerst half hersteld, alleen de buitendeur en konden we nog de kamer niet binnen. Er was te weinig personeel voor het ontbijt, degene die dienst had, werkte hard maar kon t niet bijbenen
insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

− La poca organizzazione. All'arrivo la stanza, già prenotata, non era pronta.
Schöne, geräumige Zimmer
8.0Das Zimmer war super, im Neubau, bequem und geräumig, tolles Bad.
− Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Leider gab es bei der Abreise ein unschönes Missverständnis bezüglich des Frühstücks: Da wir spontan ausgeschlafen haben, nutzten wir das angemeldete Frühstück nicht. Wir verstehen absolut, dass die Küche planen muss – allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man uns dies an der Rezeption in einem freundlicheren und verständnisvolleren Ton erklärt. Wenn die Anmeldung so strikt verbindlich ist, wäre eine Vorauszahlung oder ein deutlicherer Hinweis im Vorfeld hilfreich. Der recht raue Ton beim Auschecken hat unseren sonst positiven Gesamteindruck leider etwas getrübt.
