6.0− Furniture was very uncomfortable. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. The air wasn’t working very well in the bedroom.
The stay was amazing, the staff was awesome, I wouldn’t mind coming back and booking here again!
9.0Location was great, close to everything that we went to. Spacious, clean, and the staff was helpful with after hour key pickup
− The after hours key pick up # was posted on multiple pieces of paper in window of the door, but the main # (the one posted on both pieces of paper) to reach could not be reached “out of service” and the shower/bath water was sketchy. It was cold then hot then cold then really hot etc.
Comfortable and spacious and great atmosphere.
10.0Friendly check-in & check out staffing. Great location easy to get into lots of parking. Like the elevator made it really easy to take luggage into condo. Very spacious condo with comfortable furniture/bedding. Great spacious bathrooms.
− Some general updates needed. Grout in kitchen breaking /stepped on a few broken pieces. Cracks in tile in master bathroom & carpet needs replacing.
My stay was comfortable there was room to move around in the condo.
9.0I like the lay out of the condo. The pool area was very nice. The housekeeping was prompt and the maintenance when a potential issue was found was dealt with immediately.
− Check in wasn't until 4 pm but the lobby hours closed at 4 pm. Which make checking in with a person are impossible. Had to come back the next morning to check in for paperwork.

9.0Location was perfect! Right on the main strip but back off the road so that the traffic doesn't bother. Thr 2 pools are super nice.
− When we arrived the rooms(bathrooms) hair everywhere and stuff on toilets. Our ac went out mid trip they did fix it quickly.
