10.0This is a delightfully charming hotel, with lovely old wood flooring in the halls. Be forewarned that there is no elevator if you have difficulty navigating one flight of stairs.

10.0Best place to stay in Marshalltown. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Shared kitchen area is nice since there isn't a kitchenette area inside the room.

10.0Such a beautiful old property! Our room was huge, had 5 big windows high ceilings with a fan. One of our stays ever!

10.0Nice size rooms with 13’ ceilings. Very friendly owners who showed us to our room and where everything was. We ate at the restaurant which had amazing food and service including the bartender. Loved the fact they had a happy hour and special menu until 6pm. We enjoyed walking around downtown after our dinner and felt very safe.
