8.0Location is close to LRT station, Savemore grocery store and pharmacy. Decent walking distance to Robinson’s Magnolia-great place for decent shopping and dining experience. The room was not as clean as I’d hoped and the toilet room smelled like sewer. I had to ask my sister for some baking soda to get rid of the sewer smell. Their elevator also smelled like sewer. The hotel is located at the corner of a busy street so all night and at dawn, all I heard was the aggressive honking of jeepney and other drivers. The doors to the adjacent rooms are really close to each other. The alarm to the exit door would go off randomly as well.

2.0For a 3-star hotel, it smelled of cockroach even after spraying with perfume.. We were there for 2 nights, also encountered that many baby cockroaches running around. Linens felt like it's from cheap motels, dirty. Tried to look for a different room, was ok to pay extra, but was told it would look exactly the same. Hard pass. Could barely use the bathroom, did not dare to use the shower. Absolutely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Only good thing was the staff. Polite enough but not too helpful. Walking distance from Robinson's, next door to Gilmore.
