− I thought breakfast was included with my booking. And when we came downstairs to catch the shuttle there was no continental breakfast. Would be nice to grab something quick on the way to the airport.

1.0− Despite multiple follow-ups, the hotel is reluctant to provide an invoice, even though it is their responsibility to do so. Very disappointing.
