I'd gladly stay here again.
9.0Very pleasant and helpful lady at the desk. No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. No in-room coffee, but available all day in the office, along with free snacks. No problems with noise.
− The desk was a little small: with the TV on top of it, I couldn't quite open my laptop as far as I'd have liked. But that was only a very minor inconvenience.

Definitely worth a stay!
10.0Very friendly and helpful. Property looks beautiful. I reserved the room and found out when I arrived that pets were not allowed. Even though it was a non refundable Booking reservation the owner worked with Booking to give me a refund and gave me names of pet friendly hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

− The insulation between the rooms failed to drown out the television sound which was on all night, in a near room.
