8.0− It was our first time there and I told the receptionist that on check in and they were very hostile, had to figure out everything on our own including where our room was, how to book tennis courts, where to park etc.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations and had everything and more required from a property.
10.0The breakfast and dinner was wonderful and the staff were amazing. We waited quite a while for breakfast to be served, however the food was delicious - big servings and very reasonably priced. We were a bit disappointed to miss out on the lamb shank the Sunday late afternoon (game day special), as we were really looking forward to this, however everything else made up for it. The kids were fully entertained with tennis, soccer and basketball and we enjoyed walking along the trails on the estate and playing putt-putt.
− The security at the boom gate requested a pin which we didn't have. My friends pulled over on the side of the road till we arrived and I tried to find a pin on my phone but nothing was provided when booking. Eventually a female security asked if we are checking in and we said yes - she then that's fine, we can go through. This confusion was a bit unnecessary.
Convenient and comfortable stay.
8.0Conveniently located behind the club house and near other amenities. Worked well with my travel logistics as I needed to leave early the next morning to Cape Town.
− That I could not lock my internal bedroom door. When travelling alone I always prefer that but because the other doors leading out of the areas surrounding the lodge were locked, it felt ok.

9.0Overall, it is a very good accommodation, true to its photos and description. As a golfer, the teetime organisation was efficient and the discount included in my accommodation was perfect for the golf fees. The course is very well managed and in great condition. Ocean breeze from the Atlantic cooled the temperature at this time of year (January).
