Unusual layout for a hotel, much better in daylight
6.0Location was convenient for Grand Central airport. Rooms were nice and big. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great coffee at reception.
− Student hostel style accommodation (surrounded by student dorm blocks). No lift (not really a problem for us but could have been if we'd had lots of luggage or for elderly guests).

Wonderful Stay (and Food) at the Midrand Conference Centre
10.0When arriving at the Midrand Conference Centre, I was welcomed by such friendly and helpful staff, which immediately made me feel at home. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and I can honestly say it was the best food I had during my stay in Johannesburg. The room was absolutely lovely — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The gardens were especially peaceful and stunning, creating such a relaxing atmosphere that can truly be enjoyed in both summer and winter. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay.
