1.0location is good, and it ends there; nothing else is good about the place. The beds are very solid and uncomfortable.
− Everything about the room, beds are very hard and uncomfortable, shower is terrible with the plastic curtain and makes the floor very wet in the bathroom. They must install a glass shower partition.

We could not stay due to accessibility of the chalet not disclosed on the linsting.
1.0− The description on the website did not inform us that the chalet was a long walk and climb up steep steps to our accommodation. The car park was a long way up and down to carry luggage and no offer of assistance. Being in our late 60's it was impossible for us to stay in the chalet. The receptionist was understanding and offered alternatives but none were suitable for a two night stay. I was told to contact Booking.com for a refund but no offer from the property. Very disappointed.
