10.0Breakfast was prepared to order with eggs, bacon, breads/croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, etc. Relaxed setting on the terrace. Only 7 rooms. Felt very well taken care of. Extremely attentive staff. High quality in every sense.

10.0Hemos estado muy a gusto. Hemos viajado en familia y elegimos una habitación con Jacuzzi. Espectacular. El hotel está muy cerca de la Cite (10 min andando). La ubicación es muy tranquila y cerca de todo. Muy recomendable.

10.0AMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay. The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine.
